It's 2010 and people want to know about your software title! The best way to promote it is with a software spokesperson video. If you're looking for a 60-second video that uses a professional TV presenter to showcase your software title and its benefits then you want a software spokesperson video. WHAT IS A SOFTWARE SPOKESPERSON VIDEO: A 60 second video that showcases your software title. It is shot in our TV studio using a professional TV presenter. See samples here:

WHEN DO I GET IT: This video will be shot for you in mid- to late February in our studio in Toronto. The edited video with be delivered to you electronically within 30 days of the shoot date.

HOW CAN I USE IT? You can use the video file we send to you on your website or anywhere on the web, at a tradeshow or even on your locate TV station, provided it is posted in its entirety and remains unmodified.

CAN I ORDER NOW AND GET IT LATER? No, you have to make your payment through the Tucows Author Resource Center (http://author.tucows.com) by midnight EST Jan 31 2010 and have it produced by our staff on the designated shoot date in February.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? Log in to your account at http://author.tucows.com. Update your software title. When you complete this choose "Expedite with a software spokesperson video 60-second version". Use the coupon code: WAKEUP2010

WHAT'S THE CATCH? It's a limited time offer. You must use the coupon and pay for the discounted video through your account on the Tucows Author Resource Center. And the video must be produced on one of our designated shoot days in February 2010. No deferrals allowed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Our producer will contact you via email and ask you for marketing assets that include a hi-rez product logo a license for your software and product stills or screen grabs if you have them. A shoot date with be set and you will receive a completed version of the video within 30 days of the shoot date.

WHAT ELSE DO I GET? We post it on butterscotch.com on the Tucows TV area for one year. It will also be posted on your Tucows.com download page for a year if you do not already have a video posted to this page. (After one year you will be given an option to renew this feature for a nominal fee.)

ANYTHING ELSE? We will also give you additional exposure to potentially millions of people by syndicating it to five of our video partners including: YouTube, Blip.tv, Howcast, Metacafe and DailyMotion.
